Westside Project – Howdens

Manufacturing Expansion

Our customer needed to double their manufacturing capacity.

This involved turning a storage warehouse into a manufacturing environment to house the new plant and machinery.

DB Engineers were involved from the beginning stages which involved decisions on plans and locations of the manufacturing equipment to make the operations run smoothly  once finished.

DB supplied and installed tables, trolleys and approximately 3000 metres of gravity rollers to achieve this goal.

New Structural Steel columns and Roof Supports were added to areas to create the space needed.

Gates and safety fences were installed to provide a safe working environment.
